Derypol incorporated a Quality Control management system (UNE-EN-ISO 9001:1994) according to international standards in 1996. At present, the Integrated Management System (Sistema Integral de Gestión) (SIG is in a noteworthy state of development and maturity. As a result of our own development, as well as of the adaptation of the new UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 Quality norm, our efforts are focused on the following aspects:
Client satisfaction: Improving service and evaluating the level of satisfaction to obtain feedback enabling us to improve our SIG.
Continual improvement: Improving our system based on tools the latter provides: auditing, incident management, evaluation of client satisfaction levels.
Maximum participation: We intend to obtain maximum participation from our staff, in order to share ideas and improvement proposals, and to thus obtain, with the collaboration of all, the objectives set by our organisation.
Our Environmental Management System is based on the international norms UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 and EMAS III.
